Refund policy

If item has been purchased, we initiate the creation of the product, so it is not possible to do a refund after 24 hours. 

If an item is received damaged, it will be replaced as all items shipped are insured. We request pictures of the damaged item in order to make an insurance claim. 

If we make an error in sending the wrong item, you have the choice to either have a full refund or that we replace the item as this would be our error and at our cost.
