AAA+ Policies and Proceedures.

1. When Purchasing an item from us - please specify what paint scheme you would like, if its offered as a painted resin model. You may also request your own.

2. Refunds - if your item arrives damaged, we insure them, in this instance you have two choices, ask for a refund or request a replacement. Please ensure if the package is damaged to take a pic of it - as well as the damaged item and send it to us.

3. Returns - If the item arrives and you have changed your mind, we will look at refunding you for a valid reason, remember most of our painted items are commissioned orders, so we have done the work. But will always look to ensure your happy and if we have done something wrong, we want you back . . . so quality and integrity is our aim.
